The birth is yours. You don’t have to navigate it alone.

Birth can be powerful, unpredictable, tender, intense - and often all of those at once. You do not need a perfect plan or the right words to deserve thoughtful support.

I offer personalized doula care for Philadelphia-area families through pregnancy, labor, birth, and the first days afterward. I will help you prepare, understand your options, communicate what matters to you, and stay connected to your own voice as birth unfolds.

SUPPORT BEFORE, DURING & AFTER

Before labor, we talk through what matters most: hopes, concerns, past experiences, support team, questions for your providers, and how you want to feel.

During labor, I offer emotional reassurance, hands-on comfort, position suggestions, practical problem-solving, and clear information.

After birth, I stay through the initial settling-in period and reconnect with you during a postpartum visit.
